“Candy Corn” Fruit Parfait
Ingredients:
- Sugar-free whipped topping
- 2 cups pineapple (fresh or canned)
- 2 cups mandarin oranges (fresh or canned)
Directions:
Place ⅓ cup mandarin oranges in the bottom of parfait glasses or 8-ounce jars. Layer ⅓ cup pineapple on top, and finish with a dollop of sugar-free whipped topping. Enjoy this not-so-spooky Halloween treat! Serves six.
