May’s Mouth-Friendly Recipe 2014

Mint-Lime Iced Tea


  • 1 cup freshly brewed tea, unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • Sugar substitute to taste


Combine the tea, lime juice, mint leaves, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy, then add sugar substitute to taste. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
