Strawberry-Banana Parfaits for Mother’s Day


  • 12 oz strawberry yogurt
  • 2 cups granola or crunchy cereal
  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen, unsweetened), sliced
  • 4 fresh strawberries, whole
  • 1 medium banana, thinly sliced


In a 10-ounce cup or parfait glass, layer 2 tablespoons yogurt, ¼ cup granola, ¼ cup strawberry slices, and ¼ cup banana slices. Top with another 2 tablespoons of yogurt and ¼ cup granola, then garnish with one whole strawberry. Makes four servings.

For a different flavor, mix and match the fruit. Try raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, kiwi slices, and pomegranate seeds.
