Raspberry and Peach Parfait


  • 2 peaches, cut into 2 ½ inch chunks
  • 1 ½ cups raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Vanilla yogurt (frozen or regular)


Combine the peaches, raspberries and lemon juice in a large bowl. Let sit for 20 minutes to allow flavors to combine. Place a scoop of yogurt into a glass or bowl and top with the fruit mixture.
