Refreshing Fruit Salad


  • 3 cups watermelon, cut into 1” cubes
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup diced plums
  • 1 cup Rainier cherries, halved
  • ⅛ cup sugar substitute


Mix all fruit together in a large bowl. Sprinkle sugar substitute over the top, mix again, and then refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Serve in bowls as-is, or add a dollop of sugar-free whipped topping.
