Ice Cream-Free Banana Split


  • Bananas
  • Watermelon
  • Sugar-free whipped topping
  • Berries of your choosing
  • Assortment of toppings, such as nuts, granola and sprinkles (optional)


Cut the bananas lengthwise, arranging two halves on each plate, cut side up. Slice the watermelon in half lengthwise and then scoop some out using an ice cream scoop. Top the bananas with the watermelon balls. Add some whipped topping. Now it’s time to get creative! Try an assortment of berries, chopped nuts, granola, cherries or even a few sprinkles. Grab a spoon and enjoy!
